What to expect.
How do I receive my report?
Reports arrive as an Excel attachment at the email address used at checkout. Each workbook has an Overview tab and a filterable Lead list. No call or account setup is required to read it.
When are reports delivered?
The service checks for active subscriptions hourly and sends the latest available edition. A new edition is prepared each Monday after 13:00 UTC, covering the preceding Monday through Sunday. Processing and email delivery can take additional time.
Which centers are included?
Licensed day care centers (DCC) in New York State outside the five NYC counties, selected using the official dataset’s recorded opening date. Home-based programs and other program types are excluded. A licensing record does not confirm that a center is opening for the first time or looking for a supplier.
How many prospects will I receive?
There is no fixed or guaranteed number. Counts depend on the source data and can be zero. If there are no matching records for the week, the report will say so. Public records can be delayed or corrected.
Are these exclusive leads or confirmed buyers?
No. The source records are public, and AI notes are suggestions based on the listed facts. The centers have not expressed purchase intent to CenterSignal. Review the official sources and assess whether each business fits your services before contacting it.
How do I cancel or get help?
